Greetings all!

Please remember to send in technical report content for the public reports
in GitHub.

Plenty going on. Thank you to everyone showing that hard things are
possible with volunteers.

Also, the March 2023 Inner Circle Newsletter editing is underway. Inner
Circle is a non-technical update on everything that is happening at ORI.

March is our anniversary month and we will have several very special
announcements.
