This award is granted to the author who wrote what *YOU *believe to be the
best technical article published in 2023, in either *QST* or *QEX*
magazines.



The *QST/QEX* editorial staff has selected 12 candidate articles: 6 from
*QST* and 6 from *QEX*. They are available digital at www.arrl.org/qst or
www.arrl.org/qex.
