[Ground-station] Open Source workshop at IMS2024?

Here's the current call for proposals for the International Microwave
Symposium 2024 (Washington DC).

Should we propose an Open Source amateur band theory and applications track
for the conference? I can commit.

IMS is the largest gathering of microwave engineering in the US, and it is
very friendly and relevant to what we do. I chaired the amateur radio
activities at IMS2023 in San Diego, and it went *very well*.

I'll need help here if we're going to propose something like a session or
track of speakers. If you'd like to see this happen, speak up and let's get
a proposal in.
