Greetings all -

It's time for the weekly project report. It's been *quite* the week!
Thank you to everyone that helps us do all the amazing things that we
are doing.

We got good news about several articles we've submitted, our efforts
are appreciated at the FCC, Ham Expo was a huge success, and Ribbit is
one of the most-viewed RATPAC presentations of all time.

Haifuraiya, the world's first Open Source HEO satellite project,
gained two more technical volunteers. There are people hard at work on
the FPGA Zynq code, propulsion, and attitude control.

We welcomed students from the University of Puerto Rico rocket program
to Slack, added volunteers for Ribbit, and continued FCC STA
application work for SOAR. The FCC has asked for some clarifications
and additional details, which we have been working through. None of
the requests/responses have been viewed as show-stoppers at this
point.

Have an update? Send it in via email, share it here, or practice your
pull request skills on the last few days of Hacktoberfest by
submitting an update here:

Please help us spread the word. If you know someone that might be
interested in what we do, please let them know about our newsletter.
