[Ground-station] Today's FCC TAC AI/ML working group meeting summary

Here's the root of the Twitter thread about today's AI/ML Working Group
meeting at the FCC TAC.

We will summarize our participation on the FCC TAC, with the threads
captured into memos and the videos shared (assuming we get permission to do
so) and the work products of white papers - all within the next few months.

ORI has contributed towards defending open source and amateur radio at the
FCC Technological Advisory Committee during 2022.

If you are interested in participating in future TACs, then let me know. We
definitely need more people sticking up for open source and amateur radio
at the FCC.
