[Ground-station] Opulent Voice QEX schedule + Please help spread the word

One of our articles, about Opulent Voice FEC, is scheduled to appear
in Jul/Aug 2023 QEX.

It's kind of a long way off, unfortunately, but might coincide with
some other activities with the protocol. This would be a good thing.

Please help spread the word about our uplink and how successful it's
been as (potentially) a standalone product.
