[Ground-station] UPR Sounding Rocket meeting - tomorrow

The next meeting with UPR about the sounding rocket is tomorrow,
Thursday 10 November at 9am US Pacific.

If you are interested in supporting and mentoring these wonderful
students as they implement Opulent Voice for a communications link on
their sounding rocket mission then let me know! If you can make this
meeting, then great. I know it's short notice. There will definitely
be more meetings!

Tomorrow we answer questions about the protocol and see where we are
at. We will be moving at a brisk clip - things have to be done by May
2022.
