[Ground-station] FPGA stand-up in about an hour

Here's the link for the weekly FPGA Stand-up.

We'll talk about what we've done over the past week, what we have planned
for next week, if we need any resources or have any roadblocks.

*After that* we will open the floor for any other FPGA conversation,
including but not limited to the autumn 2022 demonstrations.

We have three opportunities. DEFCON in August, Ham Expo in September, and
SBMS in November. DEFCON is by far the largest, but Ham Expo and SBMS will
be recorded.
