[Ground-station] HEO proposal for JAMSAT - first meetup 1 August 2022

There will be a 1800 US Pacific  Monday evening (1 August) Zoom call to
review and begin updating the slide deck.

Next meeting after that will be 8 August at 1000 US Pacific.

They will be recorded and shared.
