[Ground-station] FCC TAC 2022 Working Group selection - your feedback welcome and appreciated

Open Research Institute is participating in the 2022 FCC Technological
Advisory Committee. There are four working groups. Please give your opinion
on which working groups to join by rank ordering the options described in
the attachment. Where can open source voices have the most impact?

If you are inspired to serve in a group, then that may be possible as an
“outside resource”.

Contact me or any ORI board member for assistance. Attached is a
description of the groups distributed today.

The title says 2021, but the groups are current. First meeting is 28
February 2022.

Working groups have weekly teleconferences.

There will be guest speakers and scheduled topics per week.
