[Ground-station] Ready-to-build recipes?

I see many repos in the phase4ground GitHub account exploring various 
aspects of the project and related ideas, but can't see a 
ready-to-implement recipe for any level of on-air communication on the 
"five and dime" frequencies. Has the project (or any related project) 
published a design that can assembled and operated on a workbench?
