[Ground-station] Learn and Enjoy Coding in December: Advent of Code

We hope you had a chance to enjoy Hacktoberfest, which is a great
opportunity to get more comfortable with pull requests and
collaborative work on GitHub. Most of our repositories participate in
enabling Hacktoberfest with the right tags and people standing by to
help folks learn.

There's an event for December called Advent of Code, which has daily
coding challenges.
