[Ground-station] Antenna Content for ARRL Handbook

Ward Silver wrote me and asked if we would be interested in providing
content about our antennas for Phase 4 Ground/Space.

If you would like to take the lead on this very nice opportunity to
describe our antenna work, please get in touch with me.

We have two dual-band feeds, (5/10 GHz and 10/24 GHz). We have some idea
about the horn array from Phase 4B, but those antennas were specified but
not (as I recall) built.

The Haifuraiya antennas are a variety, but the main communications links
have horns.
