You've probably seen the kick-off of the open source HEO proposal, intended
for JAMSAT to review and judge.
The (long) video of the first review is here:

One of the lab techs is working on putting in jump links to the pages of
the powerpoint deck.

Part of this proposal is a high-TRL propulsion system that has already
flown twice. We are doing this as an open source design.
We want to press forward with this, build some prototypes, and update
anything that needs updating.
The initial ISO dump of the design, including software, is scheduled to
happen before DEFCON (10-15 August).
There will be a lot more discussion and activity surrounding that, with a
public presentation at QSO Today Ham Expo to explain what we have, what we
want to do, and ask for additional contributors and participants.
We have a fundraiser going on right now to pay for boards and parts.
Please help if you are in a position to do so. Thank you very much to those
that have supported this financially so far. None of us find asking for
money easy. We consider every dollar that we get to be valuable. We have
cut overhead down to nearly zero. We have a very high capability ROI and we
aim to keep improving that metric.
