[Ground-station] Plans for the Week - let us know what you're doing

Greetings all!

What do you have planned? Submit a PR or let me know.

Two areas are
1) getting end-to-end demo working over the air for Phase 4 transponder.
2) MATLAB HDL Coder producing verified uplink code.

There was substantial progress last week on the downlink FPGA
implementation. We have efforts on multiple fronts with respect to the
downlink and very positive things are happening. You can always catch up
with the details firsthand on Slack, but a summary is needed, and that's
one of the things I'll be doing this week.

We are sending our poster to CDW. We do not have a dedicated human resource
for this event. If you are going to CDW and can present the poster in a
positive manner, please get in touch.
