[Ground-station] JAMSAT language question

I got a question about JAMSAT Symposium, and whether everything was going
to be in Japanese.

Some presentations are in English and some will be in Japanese. Peter
Gülzow from Amsat-DL, Pierros from Libre Space, and Jerry Buxton from
AMSAT-NA will be presenting, and I am pretty sure all of those will be in
English.

There are reports on FO-99 and FO-98 as well.

Should be a fun event! Please do not let concern on language keep you away.
