[Ground-station] GEO tests?

I'll take whatever I can get. We can adjust, since our protocols are good
ones, to fit an opportunity.

We have designed/assumed 10 MHz to fit in the 5/10 GHz sub-bands for
amateur activity.

4B got whittled down to 1 MHz towards the end, and we were still game for
that.
