[Ground-station] Submit a Poster by May 1st for IEEE Communication Theory Workshop (Jun 1-3, 2021)

Any thoughts? I think we have plenty for a poster, but in the words of one
of my favorite bosses (Dawn Grob), "This great idea needs a champion".
