[Ground-station] Recordings from CalNonprofits 2020 Policy Convention

I have the recordings from the CalNonprofits 2020 Policy Convention last
week. I'll watch them and report back. If you want to watch them yourself,
write me and let me know and I'll give you the login information.

We are one of relatively few non-profits that do scientific and engineering
R&D, so anything that can help us out will be what I'm looking out for. The
majority of the very large non-profit sector in California USA is devoted
to either arts or health and human services, so I expect a lot of the
content to be aimed towards those fields.

At least one session is devoted to propositions from the November election.
These statewide propositions may not have a lot of relevance for us, since
we are global in scope, do not have employees, and have no real estate
holdings.
