[Ground-station] Open Source Cubesat Workshop call for presentations

The choices are:

Talks: Give a 12 min presentation followed by open discussions
Lightning Talks: Give a 4 min presentation of a project
Tutorial: Give a 45 min (or longer) tutorial around a project that the
audience can code along
Discussion: Drive a 45 min (or longer) discussion around an open source
topic for space

The event in the past has been outstanding.

Weigh and consider the options, and reply if you are interested in one of
them and let's get this off the ground quickly.
