Derek Kozel gave permission to share this with you all.

This is a work in progress demonstration, and not a complete system (yet).

The idea is to get easily available and affordable FPGA dev boards into GNU
Radio.

Meaning, that you can drag and drop DSP functions onto the FPGA you have
available in your board or SDR, from the GUI.

There's a lot of computer science and embedded design work, as well as
software defined radio work and general signal processing work that must be
done.

If you're interested in this sort of thing, then please know there are
others that are working hard to make it happen and could use your support.
Whether that's just a morale boost (please reply so Derek can see it!) or
you want to be involved ("Sorry, you're hired!") any and all solidarity is
greatly appreciated.

Derek has a higher performance board he's working with. I'm using an
ICEBreaker from the ORI workshop batch. This is somewhat small lower end,
with a Zigbee PMOD for Radio Reach.

We are using Litex to set up an SoC on the FPGA boards. The goal is to then
connect this to GNU Radio in as re-usable a way as possible.

Opinions? Comments? Questions?

You're in the right place, let's hear them!
