[Ground-station] Another grant approved

The Commodity Jurisdiction Request legal reimbursement grant application we
sent to Amateur Radio Digital Communications (ARDC) on 20 April 2020 has
been approved.

Thank you to all that spotted the approval on the ARDC website. The
approval has now been confirmed.

As soon as the funds are received (approximately $15,000) then I will be
donating it back to ORI.

This will bring our fundraising total to approximately $65,000.
