[Ground-station] Time off for DEFCON!

Greetings all,

A number of us will be taking the week off for DEFCON.

It's virtual and free to attend.

I'll be in the Hack-a-Sat finals (team ADDVulcan) and should have a lot to
report about. Please cheer us on. PPP will not be competing because they
also qualified for the Computing CTF. So, we might have a chance.

Some of the things we are using are COSMOS and Core Flight Systems.
