[Ground-station] Launch opportunity - 6U or 12U CubeSat - Jan/Feb 2020 - launch philosophy

This would not be GEO, from what I was told. Please share wherever
appropriate.

Any amateur communications is good. Any launch utilized that would
otherwise be concrete or go empty is good.

Insisting on the technology equivalent of film photography for amateur
satellites is stopping well short of our capabilities as an international
community of technical hams. But, if we could get to both/and and not stay
stuck on either/or then I would view that in and of itself as a great
victory!
