[Ground-station] VARA via QO-100

Hi All,
ISO0GRB has set up a Winlink server via QO-100.
The digital mode used, is the new VARA SAT of Jose, EH5HVK, with increased latency and wider frequency mismatch tolerance.
This slows the thruput a bit, but still gives very useful operating conditions.
