An open source Low Density Parity Check decode from Phase 4 Ground is
working for DVB-S2, DVB-S2X, and DVB-T2 in GNU Radio, thanks to the efforts
of Ahmet Inan, Ron Economos, and Charles Brain.

A big step forward for open source satellite communications!
