[Ground-station] IHU updates

Two IHU related updates!

First, the IHU layout from Jonathan Brandenburg's team is making great
progress. Please ponder participating in a review when it's ready.

Second, the Vorago (VA10820 - Radiation Hardened ARM® Cortex®-M0 MCU) chip
exceeds our requirements and should be strongly considered. They have an
NDA for us to sign to find out more, and that is going to be discussed very
soon by ORI board, but publicly this part will work for higher orbits, no
problem.
