[Ground-station] Four LimeSDR Mini kits available for open source space communications R&D

Five LimeSDR Mini Kits from Myriad-RF were made available to Phase 4 Ground
project for open source satellite communications development work.

*Four* are currently available! This donation was made possible by a
generous and expansive commitment from the European Space Agency.

The European Space Agency - ESA uses and emphasizes open source technology
in a variety of missions and roles. This attention, assistance, and support
is a growing part of the open source space landscape. We are extremely
excited to be included!
