[Ground-station] Vorago at SmallSat

I did talk with their CEO and a few other people recently. We got the
radiation tolerance data for their chips under NDA. So we have of course
not distributed it. Everything we need to use and program the chip is
public knowledge. We have everything we need from them at the moment.
