I've never been near one, much less used one, so I don't know.  But
after a quick look at their web site, I really doubt it.

You need to pay attention to the mfg recommendations for pcb footprint
and paste geometry.  True for anything RF'ish that uses the under-pad
for grounding, but particularly with a device making this much power in
a small space, the thermal design of the pcb footprint matters a
lot. That means plated vias of the geometry and in the places where they
ask for them, etc.  I'd skip the Voltera and just send a board design
out for this.
