[Ground-station] 10GHz Omnitracks Antennas - Balloon Launch

I asked Kerry N6IZW if he had any of the old Omnitracks antennas and he's
going to check.

If he has one, and if it works, then we can measure or 3D scan it and
construct additional ones.

He thought it stood a good chance of being the right type of antenna for a
balloon launch given what he knows of the pattern.
