[Ground-station] Call for blocks!

I should be back in the lab (was spring break for some of my children)
later today.

We have been focusing on the correlator. Let’s pick the next target.

We have a GPU accelerated LDPC decode. That needs to work in a flow graph.

We have some IP multicast based audio that could be blocks. See most recent
weekly report transcript for Phil’s description and a link to the code.
He’s been working on it this week and has additional progress.

So - What next?
