[Board] Fwd: ORI nonprofit tax return

I'm baffled. He was good the year before.

We have very little time to file before the deadline (15th November) if he
doesn't.

We've communicated and been responsive. I hope he's OK, but the firm has a
variety of accountants. We should have been assigned another one if he was
incapacitated.

Thoughts?

Volunteers to complete the 990 "lite"?

Anyone know an accountant that would take this on last minute, just in case
he doesn't surface tomorrow with everything done?
