We need to vote on the insurance policy purchase at a minimum.

We have the outreach from the launch opportunity email to consider as well.

We can do a rolling email board meeting if that would be helpful. It can
open now and go for the next seven days, where any discussion labeled
“BOARD” in the subject header gets into the minutes. If we need an
executive session, then that would be redacted.
