This is Syed. We were in touch regarding the amateur satellite project. I'm
also involved with KrakenRF (co-owner). Carl, who is my partner on KrakenRF
and runs rtl-sdr.com, mentioned your tweets related to our situation.

Are you able to provide any additional information surrounding open source
code and ITAR? I did read your ITAR/EAR notice, but I don't think it
applies to us because we sell hardware and provide instructions on how to
use the passive radar software (which is open source).

Do you think this might be of interest to EFF? I assume no, as I don't
think there would be any litigation involved with any of this.

Who did you work with at Thomsen & Burke?
