[Board] Opulent Voice educational effort (with UPR)

University of Puerto Rico and University of San Diego are the first
potential partners for collaboration about curriculum using our work.

Here's the pitch deck (in progress). It's aimed for the UPR sounding rocket
for 2023, but I'm trying to use this exercise to develop a wider pitch. Any
input appreciated and any other partners that might be a good fit? Let's
talk to them too.

The idea here is to develop a curriculum where open source protocols
(Opulent Voice) are used in school to learn stuff. There's plenty to do
here, and we've got some enthusiasm already.

There's some potential revenue from providing a quality curriculum.
