Mike, this is fine, go ahead and write the check.

As I discussed with Ed Wilson and Steve Miller yesterday, we'd like for all
requests for disbursements to come through the board@ email address for
ORI. That will insure that the whole board sees it, and help insure a
faster response. It's ok to email individuals with questions or whatever,
just include the board address so we have a paper trail.
